Sea World Club has 25 bungalows and villas with several sizes, amenities and in different price categories between 20 US$ and 90 US$ per night and bungalow for double occupancy including breakfast, tax, service and airport Maumere transfer.

You can choose between the following types of bungalows:

The Premium Beachfront Suite Bungalows (2) are directly located on the beach and are sized 50-55 square metres. They have high ceilings and full length windows with an access to the great terrace that is well protected against sun. The interior is luxury and tastefully furnished with a king-sized "four poster bed" and comfortable seating-accomodations in the interior room and on the terrace. The bungalows have a modern private bath with hot water and are also equipped with an air-conditioner, a ceiling fan and a refrigerator.

The Beachfront Suite Bungalows (3) are situated only steps to the sea. This bungalows have specious large and comfortable suite double room with modern bathroom and beautiful view to the beach and sea and to the spectacular sunset. This beachfront bungalows are tasteful decorated and are equipped with furniture of rattan and coconut wood. The bathroom is modern and has a shower or a bathtub and hot water. This bungalows also have an air-conditioner and a refrigerator.

The Honeymoon Suite (1) is a traditional bungalow directly on the beach. It is completely constructed with coconut wood and it is tastefully equipped with furniture of rattan and coconut wood. The Honeymoon Suite offers a lot of privacy, because it is located in the outlying western corner of the resort. You have a wonderful view over the sea and you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The private bath is very spacious, modern and comfortable and has hot water. The bungalow is also equipped with an air-conditioner, a ceiling fan and a refrigerator.

The (2) Family Villas have a living-space of 80 qm and are equipped individually with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a modern bathroom with shower (hot water) and a huge terrace. One of the villas has a sea view and the other one has a garden view. Both villas are only 10 metres away from the beach.

Beachfront (4) and Beach View (3) Houses are directly located on the beach and they are constructed traditionally on stilts with bamboo and wood. The Beach Bungalows have two rooms, a shared indonesian bathroom /"Mandi" (only cold water available) and a spacious terrace. The Beach Bungalows were constructed for at most five persons and so they are very suitable for families or small groups. The altogether seven Beach Bungalows are staggered and partitioned into two rows so that you have sea view from every terrace. The Beachfront Houses are in the first row and have air-conditioners and fans in both rooms whereas the Beach View Houses are in the second row of the beach and instead of air-conditioners, they are equipped with fans.

Superior Cottage (5) are located in the garden behind the Premium Beachfront Suites. They are all equipped with a bedroom für two persons, a modern and spacious bathroom with bathtub and hot water. On the terrace you can enjoy the (partly reduced) sea view. All of our Superior Cottages are equipped with an air-conditioner and a refrigerator. The bungalows are traditionally constructed with bamboo and wood and they have a tiled floor.

Garden Cottage (5) are situated behind the Superior Cottages in a shade garden. The cottages are very similar to the Superior Cottages but the bathroom is a Indonesian style mandi. The Garden Cottages overlook the garden and have only limited see view.
